One can run on either PCs or Laptops. It also depends how you will get video signals, and how many of them will you have.

Requirements are fairly similar to Viewer and Recorder as it overlaps in many ways.

Low range 2 1080p streams:
While it can run on iGPU (Integrated GPU), meaning there is no dedicated Graphics (such as Nvidia), we only recommend it for up to 2 streams at once.

Mid-range 4 1080p streams + output:
CPU: 20000+ cpubenchmark
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050
RAM: 16 GB

High Range 6-8 1080p streams + output:
CPU: 30000+ cpubenchmark
GPU: Nvidia RTX A2000 or better
RAM: 16 GB

Like with Viewer/Recorder, we recommend to monitor thermal performance, as performance of program depends on thermals. It can thermal throttle thus lowering performance, and dropped frames can occur.
